I have been going here for years and have got nothing but excellent care from either of the dentists! I see Beth as my hygienist, and I love how conscientious she is about my dental care. I went in to get a mold made for a crown. Dr. Tin (sorry, I'm sure that's not correct spelling) and I go way back. It is always a pleasure to see him. He's easy going, very personable, very professional and has a great sense of humor. And his assistants are just as nice and professional. He cares about his patients and it shows. I have to go back in two weeks for the crown and I'm actually looking forward to it!

I was extremely nervous heading into my dentist appointment, but Denise made all the difference. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, she took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. Her calming demeanor and genuine care made me feel comfortable and reassured. I can't thank her enough for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I highly recommend Denise and the team for anyone looking for a compassionate and professional dental experience.

I couldn't be happier with the care I received by Dr. Hassey. He is kind, compassionate, and very skilled at what he does. I visited Dr. Hassey after a car accident in which three of my teeth were severely chipped. Dr. Hassey was so caring, scheduled my appointment quickly, and got my smile back to what it was before. People always comment what a great job he did, they can't even tell the teeth were broken. Thank you Dr. Hassey! So thankful for you and your team!

It is always a great experience. From the staff at sign in to staff making your next appointment . Denise does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She is thorough and explains her procedure as she is doing the cleaning process. She is professional, friendly and has a great sense of humor. Dr Tinh is always a pleasure .

Dr. Thinh is an absolute professional. His skill and expertise were evident throughout my entire procedure. He explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. His gentle touch and calm demeanor put me at ease immediately. The dental assistants were equally impressive. Their efficiency and kindness contributed greatly to a positive experience. This has been our family dentist for 3 generations. We went to Dr Hassey Sr and then to Jr. We have come back while living in Europe to continue have our cleanings and any necessary work done at their practice. Now we live in SC and we still return to them. The staff are professional, welcoming & friendly. You will not be disappointed with this office.

Tanya is a knowledgeable and personable dental hygienist. My spouse and I have been seeing her for biannual cleanings for nine years. Her service is outstanding. She is always patient and very friendly. She makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. My spouse, a retired dentist, has nothing but praise for Tanya's work.

Cleaning visit went very well, Beth is my person to go to, it was quite a long time since last cleaning. As always Beth was amazing & always professional. Dr.T’s visit was great because he said everything was fine. Young man who helped with check in & follow up appointment & payment was cordial & very competent.

It was a great experience from the moment I checked in. The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist, Maggie, was so sweet. I can tell she truly enjoys what she does. I left the office feeling great about my teeth. Dr Tin was also great, very professional. It was an overall great experience.

Chipped my 2 front teeth Wednesday evening, was able to make an appointment with Dr. Hassey for Friday. Left the office in less than an hour with both teeth repaired and ready for action. I always have as great an experience as you can when working on teeth. The end result of a “cleaning” is always worth it. The office staff is professional and the office and adjoining rooms always clean. My hygienist is Beth and she always does an incredible job on my teeth and keeps me up to date with X-rays, etc.

I recently had my first appointment at Hassey Do Duy Dental Associates and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and modern. I was first seen by the hygienist Maggie. She was very thorough and gentle during my cleaning, and she took the time to explain my dental health and answer all of my questions. After my cleaning, I saw the dentist, Dr.Thinh. He was very friendly and professional. He took the time to review my dental history and examine my teeth. He also answered all of my questions about my dental health and my treatment options. I was particularly impressed with the fact that Dr.Thinh was able to provide me with different options for future treatments. He explained all of my options and let me decide what was best for me. He also made sure that I understood all of the costs associated with the treatments before I agreed to them. I had a very positive experience at Hassey Do Duy Dental Associates. The staff was friendly and professional, and the office was clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to others.

Everyone in the office is always very friendly. Checking in for my scheduled cleaning required no effort from me. Nina always perform my cleaning without any pain or discomfort. Dr. Hassey thoroughly reviews my dental health and is always willing to answer any questions. Checking out and scheduling my next appointment only took a couple of minutes. The entire office is run very well.

When I first walked into Hassey Dental Methuen, it had been over a decade since I sat in a dentist's chair. I dutifully ignored those pesky dentist appointment reminders thinking that brushing and flossing regularly was enough. In my mind, frequently bleeding gums during brushing was normal. My first visit to Hassey Dental happened to replace a filling that had dropped out. The doctor and the hygienist explained how neglected my mouth was despite my regular brushing and flossing habits. It has taken five years of cleaning and restoration work to erase over a decade of neglect. Today, I can say my mouth is as clean and healthy as can be, and my smile is brighter. I am grateful to the professionals at Hassey Dental for surely adding many healthy, happy years to my life. Thank you for all you do!

I always leave with a smile! From check in to check out, the staff is pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Tinh has saved many of my teeth, and I’m so very grateful. He is 5 stars in his field and takes time to explain every situation in a way you can understand. No one likes going to the dentist, but I feel comfortable and calm going here!

I am a New Patient in this office and the services were amazing. What also amazed me is when Dr. Thinh Do Duy went above and beyond to get me scheduled to complete an urgent treatment due to my circumstances. Never seen a Dr. do that before for a patient! I am absolutely petrified of the dentist, a co worker, Bonnie Bonanno told me about her dentist. Dr Hassey I said ok I’ll give them a call. Never thinking I would get an appointment the next day. I did and I went. They couldn’t have done a better job with me. Very understanding, friendly, kind, passionate and helpful. Dr Hassey gave me an appointment for 6 weeks from the day I saw him. He wanted to be in the office with his assistant that I had that day. I will be back!!!!

Awesome dentist . Dr. Do Duy Thinh is very professional and straightforward of what we need to be done . I live in Newton - MA - 40 miles away but I am comfortable coming to Hassey dental. Well I am one of many that needed a root canal. It's definitely not as scary as I was told. Matter of fact, no part of the process caused me pain. I had to setup three appointments. First appointment is the root canal, second for the mold castings and temporary crown and the last is for the permanent crown. I have seen Dr. Hassey for 18yrs. He is a wonderful man. Professional, kind, attentive and great bedside manner. We talk, share stories and I enjoy his sense of humor. He is a conservative dentist and wants you to keep your teeth. He will also spend the time to hear your thoughts and concerns and will make medical recommendations that are in your best interest. There were two ladies that assisted Dr. Hassey. They were well trained, attentive and both had a calm positive energy. If I could have asked for anything to be different, I would request the assistants to introduce themselves. It's nice to know who is helping you and how to correctly pronounce their names.

Dr. Hassey identified the problem, explained the options, and took extra time not planned to fix the broken tooth, then walked me to the counter and worked with the appointment staff to be certain I would have a cleaning as soon as needed. Absolutely a 5 star man who always generously offers 5 star service! No wonder our family has been with them since the first days the Hasseys opened an office.

I was treated with the utmost welcomed greeting ever expected.from staff who were very helpful to my needs and I enjoyed the happy feeling surrounding the office. Dr. Hassey is now my dentist and with his vast experience for my dental needs, I feel so confident that my teeth will be in his beyond capable hands. Had a cleaning with Denise. Always a quick check in and super pleasant office staff. Denise is so great answering questions and making me feel comfortable. I’m so glad I am able to schedule all my appointments with her. It’s nice to establish that relationship on a more personal level. You have a great office!!

Since I have very sensitive teeth, I am not very excited about getting my teeth cleaned. It’s always like torture for me. But Denise always takes extra care to desensitize my teeth first with a numbing agent around the gums. She is patient with me, personable, and professional. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m still smiling 🙂
