We are excited that you have chosen Hassey Do Duy Dental Associates! We want to make sure you are comfortable when you arrive for your visit. Therefore, we want you to know exactly what to expect when you arrive.

We will always start by taking a look at your medical and dental history. We want to understand any problems or concerns you might have. By examining your dental history, we can determine what must be done at your first visit. For example, we may perform a thorough dental cleaning to remove plaque and tartar from your teeth. Or, we may take some X-rays to get a closer look at what is happening underneath the surface.

Our team will thoroughly examine your mouth to ensure we do not miss any issues with your gums or roots. Then, we will customize a treatment plan to meet your specific needs.

Before your visit begins, we will ask you to fill out a few forms. This information is entirely confidential and gives us the knowledge we need to provide you with the oral care you deserve. We want to save time during your visit, so fill out these forms at home.

Fill each form out electronically, and email them back to us at info@hasseydentalassociates.com. In the subject line of your email, please include your name and appointment day and time.
